Charles Whitehead

As President of the California Chapter of Paralyzed Veterans of America and board member for Operation Confidence, he proved his commitment to Rosies and the Rosie Legacy™. He has hosted radio programs that interviewed many Rosies, recorded the Rosie Theme Song with his California-based band, Per Sé, and gives practical advice on choosing projects and partners.

He is known for his common sense and helping others to see the value in themselves and their ability to contribute as they face barriers to advancing. 

Among his other successes are that he is: A US Army Reservist; a graduate of Defense Mapping School; Chairman of the Board of Examiners, Amendments, and Condemnations Commission in Long Beach CA; Board of Directors Member for Encore Inc.; Vice President of Her Business Matters; on the Board of Directors Rancho Federal Credit Union; on the Rancho Los Amigos Cultural Diversity Operations Council.
